It's a quarterly alumni magazine of the York University, Toronto. The Fall issue is available both in print and online editions, but the Winter and Spring/Summer issues are available online only. 

The printed issue is distributed to the University alumni, donors, faculty and staff, selected business and government officials, and educators.
